Can I exchange/return items without labels as they were originally attached?
We do not accept exchanges or returns of items that are not in their original condition, including all labels correctly attached and without signs of use.
The reason why we cannot accept these types of returns or exchanges is precisely the fact that it is absolutely impossible for us to replace these labels on the products.
